You will receive an email and push notification when someone books a reading with you provided if you have allowed these notifications when launching the application. However, we highly encourage you to check your advisor dashboard daily to see if you have any new activity.

In order to withdraw your earnings, go to the revenue screen and tap on Withdraw” button. You may do so at any time provided you have sufficient funds for withdrawls. Please note that you need to have minimum withdrawal sum of $50.

After that, your payment from Blue Orchids will land to you Paypal account within 3 business day of withdrawal. Please also note that if you accumulate $500 or more in your withdrawable funds our system will initiate an automatic payment

Yes absolutely, you can change your video anytime. All you need to do is to tap “Edit my profile” in the top of the side menu and then “edit”. Once you are done with changes, move forward to the last editing screen and re-submit your profile. All changes made by you will be changed and saved on our servers.

Only professional psychic advisors with proven track records in the spiritual industry will be accepted however you still need to go through tough screening process and test reading. Just applying as an advisor does not guarantee that your application is accepted.

In order to apply as an advisor, download the Blue Orchids app from the App store or Google Play and create an advisor profile. Follow the instructions to submit your profile along with the test reading. We will review your application and let you know if you have been accepted as an advisor on Blue Orchids.

Being professional, this is completely unacceptable by us because client spend lot of time to select you out of many advisors and submit a booking request to you. But if it does happen, the booking gets automatically cancelled and your advisor profile is suspended for 10 days so that you won’t be able to get any new orders until your profile is active again on listings. When suspended you are still required to deliver on time any pending bookings received before you were suspended (and you will be reimbursed for these orders as usual).

However, if you still feel that the reason for your missed delivery was justified and would like to have your profile relisted, you can contact our support team.

Paypal charges a fee of 2.9% per deposit into your account with a maximum total fee of $1.00 per deposit for US-based advisors.

We receive several applications a day and we review them in the order we receive. So please wait for at least 1-2 weeks or so for us to get back to you. We will contact you via email once we review your application. However, if it is more than 2 weeks, please check your spam folders and if it is still not found there please contact us.

Blue Orchids pays advisors through PayPal. There’s a 3 day clearance period for all revenues generated, as well as a $50 minimum withdrawal sum.

Your revenues screen will give you an estimate of when a payment will clear. If you are eligible to make a withdrawal, you can tap on the "Withdraw" button.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50, and a maximum amount is 500$. Anytime you accumulate $500 or more in your withdrawable account, our system will trigger an automatic withdrawal.

In our system, suspensions are automatically applied when a client cancels an order, and and it is measured to the minute that the cancellation occurred. You will receive an email from Blue Orchids when you were suspended and it will also tell you exactly when your suspension is over.

An email will also inform you if you have been suspended for a different reason, why it happened, and when it will end. Our system handles all of these things automatically, and you don't have to ask Support about them.

Of course, if you are approved, you can offer live video, voice, and text chat readings but you need to earn these features to get enabled. In order to enable these features on your profile, you will need to complete at least 25 quick delivery readings of one hour each or 24 hour economy readings. Then you can contact support to see if you are eligible.
